Diebold ATM Machine in Mexico

I was visiting San Miguel de Allende in August 2005, and I was stunned to find that the ATM machine in the main bank—Banamex—was made by Diebold. I've attached a picture.

Yes, I checked my paper trail ... er, receipt ... three times before leaving. If even Diebold can provide receipts for ATMs, why can't they do so for voting machines?
